We visited the lounge around 4am 28th April. The staff were helpful and longe was clean and bright. It is all self service including drinks, Cost was around £90, which we thought was good value. Lounge atmosphere was pleasant and quiet. We started in the lounge about 2.5 hours. Toilets were clean but hated the hand driers, which seems to be a common device in all toilets, the hand dryers are useless and ended up using napkins in the lounge they just are so useless and do not dry your hands, certainly not within the 3 hours you are allowed in the lounge. That aside we would use it again

Fab service worth every penny... Lovely staff; if I had to make a couple of recommendations it be to have some trays to carry food to your table; have some larger serving utensils for the food and lastly some bigger cutlery but realise there may be security considerations for knives I must stress these are not complaints!
A comfortable lounge with decent food, premium drinks, and efficient staff. It didnt feel too busy even after a short 10 minute queue to enter, and it felt much more relaxing than in the main airport departure area. You do get the usual people drinking as much alcohol as they can but on the whole everyone in their quiet and relaxing. So a relaxed start to the trip — absolutely worth it. I searched for a promo code that gave me £25 discount too as first time user. Will 100% do it again next time I fly.
