Only one small coffee machine for the whole lounge - not adequate when the lounge is full. Check in process is not very efficient , having to stand in the same queue as the Escape lounge is not good . Why not have a completely different line for guests using the 1903 lounge ? Annoying to queue up and then see some just walking straight past the queue to go straight to the 1903 entrance . Why not have a check in post at the entrance door ? Obviously a problem as when I spoke to the check in lady she said it often happens where people just walk straight past if there is no one there to stop them . Food was good , could be a lot clearer that you could actually order fresh cooked items .
