While our flight was canceled we had good amount of time to observe Josie to help and care for disabled solo traveler with utmost care and politeness. The minute we learned about our cancelation she was very nice and supportive, asking if we needed anything and shared her experience. After our flight was delayed Josie went above and beyond to ensure we were being looked after not only in the lounge but advice on rescheduling our flight. I also observed her provide amazing care/service to an elderly man who was travelling alone. She ensured he was comfortable, bringing him food and drink whilst checking in on him through out his stay. Josie is a diamond and a credit to her team
This lounge is by far the best the service the self serve bar has every drink you need from Coke to champagne 100% worth a try
This is really a great start to any trip, either for business or pleasure. The staff are all 1st class and the selection of food and drink available is great. I would highly recommend this lounge to all my fellow travellers.
