The lounge was clean, relaxing, and had a great selection of food and drinks – the perfect way to start our holiday. A special mention has to go to Yannie, who provided exceptional service throughout our visit. She was friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Her positive attitude and professionalism really stood out and made our experience even more enjoyable. Yannie is a real credit to the 1903 Lounge team. We flew premium so we had "free" access to the lounge. Excellent selection of foods, liquors, beer, wine, and soft drinks. Very surprised how peaceful and pleasant it was to spend time in this lounge. Other lounges are painfully full of people and come complete with screaming children. 1903 was a very pleasant surprise!
Yannie was absolutely amazing! She was so accommodating and friendly. Made the whole experience enjoyable
Excellent service as always. Staff friendly and kind. Call out to Danka who checked I was ok and had all I needed. I use T2 1903 lounge because of the staff and facilities. When possible I try not to use other terminals as standards are nowhere near as good as! Thanks T2 1903 Team! See you again soon!!!
