The food and beverage range in the lounge was great. Kudos to Danka for fabulous service. But like all airport lounges, the line up to get in and finding a seat in there at 7.30am on a Monday morning was challenging. And 1903, employ more staff to clear and clean tables. The staff on duty were doing their very best but woefully under resourced. Whoever designed the bathrooms needs to be sacked. Worst toilet set up I’ve ever seen. Wish I’d read other reviews before arrival that said to use the Escape lounge bathrooms. Unacceptable line up for 2 cubicles + one mobility access toilet for a lounge packed to the rafters. Very poor. The lounge was included with my air ticket. If I had paid for it I would have been grumpy. But as a freebie it was a good space to sit before my 12 hour flight.

Lukas was a big help with ordering food, food was top tier as far as airport lounges go. Highly recommend
