Lukas was attentive with my order. He told me come back to collect my order in 2 mins and when I did not appear within the 2 mins, he came looking for me with the poached eggs and cutlery set. He wanted to make sure I had hot poached egg. Maddie cooked the egg well and it was tasty. Thank you Lukas and Maddie for making my experience at the lounge delightful!

Lukas made the omelet the way I wanted it and delivered to my table. Checked with me again to see if it met my expectations. At an airport lounge it did make a difference
great place. the food is fantastic, staff keep everything really clean and it's an oasis of calm in the bustle of the airport. staff are super friendly yet efficient (thanks lukas!) and the pea, asparagus and edamame salad was AMAZING. really good range of light options which is what you want before a long flight, but the cakes and hot food looked great too. well worth the ££ thank you!
