Very enjoyable stay.
Generally decent lounge but for the love of god please can somebody either slice the breakfast barms or buy them pre-sliced. I feel like I’m going insane every time I have to undergo the humiliation ritual of hacking one in half with an airport-safe butter knife. Insane cost cutting given there is absolutely no scenario in which one would want to eat an unsliced breakfast barm
Reception were very friendly and explained all to us. In entering 1903 we were met by Danka. Warm smile and explained all. I mentioned I would require gluten free bread. She was at our table within minutes with my bread. Excellent professional service from everyone and a warm smiling greeting on a chilly, dark morning. Chris Mantle
